Kyoto-based sake bar owner Yoram Ofer and Tokyo-based drink writer Nicholas Coldicott select and bottle brews that are layered, complex and made with real passion.

The sakes are always junmai (no added alcohol), unfiltered, undiluted and unpasteurised.

Ian Lynam Design worked with the duo to create a sophisticated bespoke identity and packaging that reflects the unique nature of the spirits that they offer.

The typography chosen for each label is a subjective reflection of the flavor of each particular sake.

The paper that the label was printed on it is chosen according to the amount of milling that the rice goes through per release.
