Culture: An Owner’s Manual is a newsletter and Ghost.io website that we designed for W. David Marx, author of Ametora: How Japan Saved American Style.

Culture: An Owner’s Manual is also David’s latest book from Viking on status and culture.

We crafted a nimble, readability-focused Ghost site with custom CSS and webfont integration for the greater project, as well as the identity.

In addition, we worked on the CSS for the Ghost newsletter to ensure that what arrives in subscribers mailboxes looks as close as possible to the aggregated newsletters on the site.
